A polished, high-volume upscale casual restaurant is seeking a General Manager to join our team and help drive success at our Odessa, Texas location!
Restaurant is a growing, chef-driven restaurant concept known for its elevated American cuisine, and curated selection of cocktails, wine, and craft beer. With multiple locations across Texas, the brand is built around delivering a unique, high-quality dining experience in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Day in the Life:
- Oversee all front-of-house and back-of-house operations to ensure seamless daily performance
- Lead, mentor, and develop management and hourly teams to drive engagement and retention
- Champion a culture of hospitality, ensuring every guest receives an exceptional experience
- Monitor financial performance, including labor, cost controls, and revenue growth
- Drive operational excellence through attention to detail and adherence to brand standards
- Conduct regular leadership meetings and provide clear direction on goals and performance expectations
- Partner with ownership and leadership on strategic initiatives and business growth
- Ensure full compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards
- Act as the face of the restaurant within the community and build strong guest relationships
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience as a General Manager in a high-volume restaurant environment
- Passion for the restaurant industry and a genuine commitment to its success
- Strong leadership presence with a focus on hospitality excellence and guest experience
- Performance-driven mindset with the ability to thrive in a metrics-focused environment
- Well-rounded business acumen, including financial management and operational oversight
- Ability and willingness to relocate within Texas as needed
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships in a team-oriented, small-company environment
- Open to candidates from diverse managerial backgrounds; restaurant expertise on day one is not required
