What We’re Looking For

• 1+ year of experience as a sous chef in a high-volume, full-service restaurant.

• Strong background working in a professional, fast-paced, team-centric kitchen.

• A leader who excels at delegation, follow-through, and communication.

• Someone who can confidently give and receive feedback to support a healthy, growth-driven kitchen culture.

• Ability to maintain and enforce exceptional cleanliness and food safety standards.

• Competency in both FOH, BOH, and beverage support roles.

• A calm, level-headed presence during high-pressure, peak service hours.

• Skilled in:

  • Meat fabrication

  • Fish butchery / fileting

  • Sushi prep (a plus)

  • Vendor relationships and sourcing hard-to-find products

  • Experience with NROs (a plus)
