A growing, Kansas City–based upscale casual concept is seeking an energetic and driven General Manager to join our team as we continue to expand.

The General Manager is responsible for leading all aspects of restaurant operations, from developing high-performing teams to driving strong financial results. Day in the Life:

  • Lead the daily operations of a full-service, high-volume restaurant
  • Inspire, coach, and develop team members through clear communication and high standards
  • Manage financial performance including P&L, labor, forecasting, and budgeting
  • Ensure excellence in cleanliness, facilities, and overall brand presentation
  • Create and maintain systems, routines, and processes that drive consistency and guest satisfaction
  • Model professionalism, integrity, and emotional intelligence in all interactions
  • Foster a positive, accountable, and guest-focused culture
  • Collaborate with leadership to drive business growth and operational success

Requirements:

  • Proven leadership experience in a high-volume, full-service restaurant environment
  • Strong financial acumen with experience managing P&L and labor costs
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and team development skills
  • High level of integrity, accountability, and emotional intelligence
  • Ability to thrive under pressure and solve problems effectively
