Sous Chef
Rooted in the idea of being a true “neighborhood joint,” our restaurants combine elevated comfort food, a vibrant bar atmosphere, and genuine hospitality to create an experience where great food, great people, and great energy come together. We take pride in using fresh, thoughtfully prepared ingredients and delivering bold, wood-fired flavors in a setting that is both polished and approachable.
Our restaurants are fast-paced, high-energy environments where leaders set the tone for both execution and culture. We are committed to delivering exceptional guest experiences through strong leadership, high standards, and a team-first mindset. With multiple locations and continued growth, we are looking for passionate leaders who are excited to build teams, develop talent, and make a lasting impact.
The Sous Chef plays a key role in supporting back-of-house operations, working closely with the Executive Chef to ensure consistency, quality, and efficiency in every shift. This is a hands-on leadership role, ideal for someone who thrives in the action—leading the line, coaching team members, and driving execution with pride, urgency, and attention to detail.
We are a people-first organization that values collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement. Our leaders are present, supportive, and instrumental in shaping a culture where team members feel valued and guests feel at home. From managing high-volume service to maintaining elevated food and beverage standards, this role plays a critical part in bringing the brand experience to life every day.
