Day in the Life:
- Oversee all daily restaurant operations in a high-volume, full-service environment
- Lead and support both front-of-house and back-of-house teams to ensure smooth, efficient service
- Hire, train, coach, schedule, and develop team members and managers
- Drive exceptional guest experiences through active floor presence and team engagement
- Manage inventory, ordering, labor, and cost controls to maintain profitability
- Maintain food quality, consistency, and adherence to brand standards
- Ensure cleanliness, sanitation, and organization across all areas of the restaurant
- Establish and maintain strong operational systems and processes
- Delegate responsibilities effectively and ensure accountability across the team
- Provide consistent coaching, feedback, and leadership development
- Analyze budgeting, forecasting, and P&L reports to drive business performance
- Maintain composure and professionalism during high-volume shifts
- Foster a positive, energetic, and team-oriented work environment
Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 year experience as a General Manager in a high-volume, full-service restaurant environment
- Strong leadership skills with a passion for coaching and team development
- Proven ability to lead both front-of-house and back-of-house operations
- Solid understanding of restaurant financials, including labor management, budgeting, forecasting, and P&L oversight
- Experience with delegation, operational systems, and project management
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities
- High level of integrity, humility, professionalism, and emotional intelligence
- Ability to maintain high operational and cleanliness standards
- Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays
