Day in the Life:

  • Oversee all daily restaurant operations in a high-volume, full-service environment
  • Lead and support both front-of-house and back-of-house teams to ensure smooth, efficient service
  • Hire, train, coach, schedule, and develop team members and managers
  • Drive exceptional guest experiences through active floor presence and team engagement
  • Manage inventory, ordering, labor, and cost controls to maintain profitability
  • Maintain food quality, consistency, and adherence to brand standards
  • Ensure cleanliness, sanitation, and organization across all areas of the restaurant
  • Establish and maintain strong operational systems and processes
  • Delegate responsibilities effectively and ensure accountability across the team
  • Provide consistent coaching, feedback, and leadership development
  • Analyze budgeting, forecasting, and P&L reports to drive business performance
  • Maintain composure and professionalism during high-volume shifts
  • Foster a positive, energetic, and team-oriented work environment

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 1 year experience as a General Manager in a high-volume, full-service restaurant environment
  • Strong leadership skills with a passion for coaching and team development
  • Proven ability to lead both front-of-house and back-of-house operations
  • Solid understanding of restaurant financials, including labor management, budgeting, forecasting, and P&L oversight
  • Experience with delegation, operational systems, and project management
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities
  • High level of integrity, humility, professionalism, and emotional intelligence
  • Ability to maintain high operational and cleanliness standards
  • Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays
