Day in the Life:

Oversee daily operations across front-of-house and back-of-house
Lead, coach, and develop team members to drive performance and engagement
Ensure exceptional guest experiences and uphold high service standards
Manage staffing, scheduling, and labor costs effectively
Maintain control of food, beverage, and operational costs
Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, and company standards
Step into operational roles as needed to support service flow and team success
Drive sales and profitability through strong leadership and execution


Requirements:

Previous General Manager experience in a restaurant setting required
Strong leadership skills with a passion for coaching and team development
Ability to manage both front-of-house and back-of-house operations preferred
Front-of-house focused leaders with proven experience will also be considered
Solid understanding of restaurant financials, including labor and cost control
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing needs
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays
