Restaurant General Manager 

We have an exciting opportunity for a General Manager to join our growing restaurant group! As part of our dedicated team, you'll have the chance to play a vital role in our major expansion from the ground up.

Restaurant General Manager Qualifications and Responsibilities:

• Previous experience as a General Manager in a high-volume, full-service setting (minimum 1 year)

• Strong delegation and follow-through skills, with the ability to provide and receive feedback

• Proficiency in financial budgeting, forecasting, and general P&L management

• Knowledge of project management and maintenance of physical building systems

• Competency in upholding cleanliness standards and overseeing all team-level roles

• Proven experience creating and maintaining operational systems and rituals

• Desired traits: effective listener and communicator, humble, high integrity, high standards, decision-maker, problem solver, high emotional intelligence
