Role Summary
The General Manager leads all daily restaurant operations while driving long-term goals in hospitality, sales, quality, and profitability. This role is responsible for developing the management team, supporting hourly staff, and ensuring exceptional guest experience, operational excellence, and a clean, safe, well-maintained restaurant.
Key Responsibilities

Lead and develop managers and hourly team members

Oversee quality of food, beverage, service, sanitation, and cleanliness

Manage scheduling, staffing, training, coaching, and performance

Maintain accurate inventory, purchasing, and payroll documentation
-
Ensure compliance with policies and all regulatory requirements

Drive top-line sales and manage P&L performance

Handle guest concerns with exceptional service recovery
-
Maintain a professional, harassment-free, guest-focused environment
Qualifications
-
3+ years of General Manager experience in a similar full-service concept 2 years and above in the same location

Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

Ability to manage multiple priorities and lead a high-performing team
