Role Summary

The General Manager leads all daily restaurant operations while driving long-term goals in hospitality, sales, quality, and profitability. This role is responsible for developing the management team, supporting hourly staff, and ensuring exceptional guest experience, operational excellence, and a clean, safe, well-maintained restaurant.


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop managers and hourly team members

  • Oversee quality of food, beverage, service, sanitation, and cleanliness

  • Manage scheduling, staffing, training, coaching, and performance

  • Maintain accurate inventory, purchasing, and payroll documentation

  • Ensure compliance with policies and all regulatory requirements

  • Drive top-line sales and manage P&L performance

  • Handle guest concerns with exceptional service recovery

  • Maintain a professional, harassment-free, guest-focused environment


Qualifications

  • 3+ years of General Manager experience in a similar full-service concept 2 years and above in the same location

  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and lead a high-performing team

  • Build a culture to care, and inspire the team to be better every day

  • Build sales, leadership and staff
