Job Title: Executive Chef
Location: Louisville, KY

This is an exceptional opportunity for a hospitality-driven culinary leader who takes pride in operational excellence, developing people, and delivering remarkable guest experiences.

Unlike many Executive Chef opportunities, this role is not centered around reinventing the menu. The culinary program is already well established and highly successful. Instead, we're looking for a chef who thrives on execution, consistency, coaching teams, and operating an organized, profitable kitchen while continually finding opportunities to make an already outstanding operation even better.

The ideal candidate is a visible, hands-on leader who enjoys mentoring cooks, working alongside the team during service, and occasionally stepping into the dining room to connect with guests. This is an opportunity to become an ambassador for one of Louisville's premier dining destinations while leading a talented culinary team with the support of an experienced Sous Chef.

If you're looking for long-term stability, outstanding benefits, and the opportunity to lead an established, successful restaurant where hospitality comes first, we'd love to hear from you.
