A high-volume, culture-driven restaurant concept is looking for a Restaurant Manager to lead operations at one of the most culturally significant and high-energy dining concepts in Detroit. This is a full service restaurant located in the heart of Detroit's historic Paradise Valley District.

The Restaurant Manager is responsible for supporting all aspects of restaurant operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, strong team leadership, and consistent financial performance. This role requires a disciplined, systems-driven leader who thrives in a structured, performance-based environment.

Day in the Life:
- Lead daily restaurant operations and ensure high standards are consistently met
- Drive guest satisfaction through strong service execution and team leadership
- Maintain excellence in sales performance, service quality, and profitability
- Develop, train, and coach team members to improve performance
- Enforce systems, standards, and operational procedures with consistency
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and labor regulations
- Create and manage staff schedules to meet business needs while controlling labor costs
- Administer corrective action fairly and consistently when standards are not met
- Support a culture of accountability, discipline, and continuous improvement
Requirements:
- 1+ years of restaurant management experience
- Strong business acumen and problem-solving skills
- High attention to detail and systems-oriented mindset
- Ability to be firm on standards and hold team members accountable
- Experience managing large teams in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Ability to thrive in a structured, performance-driven environment
