Key Responsibilities

Provide overall leadership and direction for all restaurant operations, ensuring excellence in service, quality, and performance

Lead, train, and mentor management and hourly teams to uphold operational and service standards

Drive financial results through effective P&L management, cost control, and revenue optimization

Maintain high standards of hospitality, cleanliness, and presentation across all areas of the restaurant

Build a culture of accountability, professionalism, and team collaboration

Ensure compliance with brand standards, safety protocols, and company policies

Partner with leadership to execute strategic initiatives and improve guest engagement
Qualifications

Minimum 5+ years of restaurant management experience, with at least 2 years as a General Manager in upscale or high-volume dining

Demonstrated success in team leadership, financial management, and guest satisfaction

Strong business acumen with experience managing budgets, labor, and operational KPIs
