Director of Operations
Restaurant Group is looking for a Director of Operations to lead our flagship High Point location and bring a one-of-a-kind hospitality destination to life!
Location is a premier, multi-concept eatertainment destination designed to redefine the hospitality experience in High Point, North Carolina. This 35,000-square-foot venue will feature a high-end seafood restaurant, elevated tapas and cocktail lounge, jungle-themed sports bar, and immersive entertainment including arcade and bowling—all within a dynamic, upscale environment.
Backed by strong ownership and projected to generate over $10M in annual revenue, this property will serve as a cornerstone in the revitalization of the local community.
We’re seeking a highly experienced and driven executive leader who thrives in large-scale, high-volume environments. This role is ideal for someone who can balance strategic oversight with hands-on leadership, building strong teams while delivering exceptional guest experiences across multiple concepts.

Day in the Life:
Oversee all daily operations across multiple food, beverage, and entertainment venues
Lead pre-opening efforts and ensure operational readiness for launch
Maintain strong floor presence and leadership visibility across all concepts
Recruit, hire, and develop executive leadership and management teams
Build a culture rooted in accountability, excellence, and guest-first hospitality
Oversee performance management, coaching, and succession planning
Maintain full ownership of P&L, budgeting, and financial performance
Drive revenue growth while controlling labor, food, and beverage costs
Monitor KPIs and implement strategies to improve performance
Ensure consistent execution of brand standards and service models
Deliver a high-end, immersive guest experience across all venues
Lead service recovery efforts and manage brand reputation
Act as a community-facing ambassador for the concept
Ensure compliance with health, safety, labor, and alcohol regulations
Implement scalable systems and operational processes to support growth
7–10+ years of senior leadership experience in high-volume hospitality
Experience managing large-scale, multi-concept venues (20,000+ sq ft preferred)
Strong financial acumen with full P&L management experience
Background in upscale dining, luxury hospitality, or eatertainment concepts
Pre-opening experience strongly preferred
Proven ability to build and lead high-performing teams
Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong, hands-on leadership presence
Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Ability to thrive in a complex, fast-paced environment
