The Director of Operations is responsible for leading and scaling the catering and events division, overseeing operations, logistics, financial performance, and team development. Day in the Life:

• Lead and scale catering & event operations
• Oversee logistics, execution, and overall performance of corporate and social events
• Own division P&L and drive profitability
• Optimize systems, staffing, and operational workflows
• Develop and mentor high-performing teams
• Ensure seamless, high-quality event execution
• Collaborate with leadership to drive growth and strategic initiatives
• Uphold brand standards and deliver exceptional guest experiences

Requirements:

• 7+ years of operations leadership in catering, hospitality, or event management
• Strong financial and P&L management experience
• Proven ability to scale systems in high-volume environments
• Hospitality-driven leadership mindset
• Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
