A growing multi-concept hospitality group is seeking a Social Media Specialist & Content Creator to lead social media strategy and content creation across a portfolio of restaurant and hospitality brands.

The Social Media Specialist & Content Creator will be responsible for owning the social media presence across multiple brands from concept to final publication. This is a senior-level role requiring strong creative instincts, visual storytelling skills, and the ability to independently manage the entire content creation process.
We are seeking someone with a refined visual aesthetic, a passion for food, hospitality, and lifestyle culture, and the ability to create compelling content that captures attention while remaining authentic to each brand's unique identity.
This role reports directly to the senior creative leadership team and works closely with operations, marketing, and restaurant teams to ensure content aligns with brand objectives and guest experience standards.

Day in the Life:
• Concept, shoot, edit, and publish photo and video content across multiple social media accounts
• Capture high-quality content at restaurant and hospitality locations throughout the market
• Create graphics for feed posts, Stories, promotions, and digital campaigns
• Maintain a consistent and elevated visual identity while adapting content to each brand's unique personality
• Coordinate with professional photographers and creative partners for major campaigns, menu launches, events, and seasonal initiatives
• Develop and execute social media strategies in partnership with leadership and operations teams
• Evaluate opportunities across emerging and existing platforms and provide recommendations on platform investment and content direction
• Monitor industry trends, platform updates, and evolving content formats within hospitality and lifestyle sectors
• Generate proactive ideas to increase engagement, audience growth, and brand visibility
• Manage periodic paid social media campaigns, including strategy, targeting, budgeting, and performance analysis
• Assist with light graphic design projects, menu updates, website content updates, and other creative initiatives
• Support creative operations through vendor coordination, print production management, and related project tasks
Requirements:
• Strong, demonstrable visual aesthetic supported by a professional portfolio
• Proficiency in photography, videography, and content editing using mobile and/or professional camera equipment
• Experience managing multiple social media accounts and brand identities simultaneously
• Familiarity with social media analytics platforms and performance reporting
• Working knowledge of paid social advertising across Meta platforms and other relevant channels
• Ability to develop content strategies and execute projects independently from concept through publication
• Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage competing priorities
• Comfortable directing and coordinating team members during content creation and photo/video shoots
• Reliable personal transportation and willingness to travel regularly between locations throughout the market
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Preferred Qualifications:
• Graphic design experience using Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or equivalent tools
• Experience within hospitality, food and beverage, restaurant, lifestyle, or consumer-facing brands
• Knowledge of TikTok, Facebook, X, and emerging social platforms
