Superintendent /PM (+ Assistant Level positions)

Residential New Home Construction- Chattanooga TN

 

About the company:

A Regional Home Builder with a family-owned company feel has extensive company support staff in place to help with all employee tasks at the branch level.

They work in 60 offices across multiple states and work directly with individual clients to build custom homes in an affordable custom-home niche and privately owned for over 50 years! 

 

The Overview:

  • This PM (or Assistant PM) will be managing new custom-home projects and will also represent the company on all their customer service related issues in addition to developing/strengthening sub/client relationships on their sites & company-wide.
  • Construction operations for their sites & extending to sub-selection & contracts to safety for all their projects through final completion. 
  • The PM will manage approximately 5+  new homes at a given time and in various stages in different locations around the city.  

 

Qualifications

  • Candidates will need some experience in residential (GC) new home construction & managing multiple projects (preferably in scattered lot homebuilding).
  • Must have knowledge of managing multiple subcontrators at one time from the GC perspective.
  • Managing multiple projects (5+ typically) at one time with average home prices running $360k up to $625k (or higher construction costs)
  • 2+ year proven track record of successful residential building & project leadership within New Custom Construction.
