Job Title: MIG Welder

Shift Hours: 1st Shift | 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM | Monday–Friday
Pay: Based on experience

About the Role
Our client, a manufacturing company specializing in customized CNC routers for industries such as musical instruments and cabinetry, is seeking a skilled MIG Welder to join their team. This role will be responsible for welding and fabricating parts to blueprint specifications to support the production of high-quality, customized equipment.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform MIG welding and fabrication according to blueprints and engineering drawings

• Set up, operate, and maintain welding equipment safely and effectively

• Inspect welds to ensure quality, accuracy, and compliance with specifications

• Cut, shape, and assemble metal components for CNC router production

• Collaborate with the production team to meet project timelines and quality standards

• Maintain a safe and organized work area while following company safety policies

Qualifications/Requirements

• Proven experience as a MIG welder in a manufacturing environment

• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings

• Strong knowledge of welding processes, techniques, and safety standards

• Experience with hand tools, power tools, and fabrication equipment

• Ability to lift and move materials as required for fabrication

• High school diploma or equivalent required
