What You’ll Do:

  • Hunt, identify, and close new B2B contracts (HOAs, retail, multi-family, medical, industrial)
  • Build and manage a pipeline that drives consistent revenue growth
  • Walk properties, take measurements, and meet clients face-to-face
  • Network strategically — attend events, build connections, and identify opportunities for sponsorship and community involvement
  • Leverage tools like Pipedrive CRM and market data to target decision-makers
  • Bring a fresh perspective and systematic approach to growing the business

What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven success in B2B sales (landscaping, construction, facilities, real estate, restoration, or similar industries are a plus)
  • A true hunter’s mentality — motivated, competitive, and resilient
  • Strong communication skills to guide customers, resolve issues, and build trust
  • Willingness to work outside of the standard 8–5 when networking opportunities arise
  • Valid driver’s license and insurability (company vehicle provided)
