About the Role:

This Data Analyst position plays a vital role in converting complex business, customer, and platform data into actionable insights. Roles and Responsibilities:

• Conduct deep-dive analyses on complex datasets using advanced analytical techniques.

• Design, build, and deliver reports, dashboards, and data visualizations.

• Analyze customer data to uncover trends, insights, and opportunities for improvement.

• Develop and maintain a repository of standardized and customized reporting templates.

• Communicate complex data insights effectively to non-technical stakeholders.

• Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, sales, product, and operations teams.

• Partner with internal technical teams to enhance reporting capabilities.

• Design, develop, and deploy machine learning algorithms and models.

• Implement forecasting techniques to predict construction project timelines.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in a data analytics role.

• Strong proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Quicksight, Tableau, Power BI).

• Experience with predictive analytics, machine learning, or forecasting methods.

• 3+ years of experience working cross-functionally across departments.

• Advanced Excel skills (macros, pivot tables, complex formulas).

• Proficiency in Python and SQL.

• Experience developing solutions with Data Lakes and Cloud platforms.

• Industry experience in home construction is preferred.

• Candidate must be able to report in-person to a specific location.

Nice-to-Have Qualifications:

• Experience in the construction or manufacturing industry.

• Hands-on experience analyzing large, complex datasets in a multi-project environment.

• Ability to conduct independent data analysis that drives organizational change.
