Join a rapidly growing industrial services provider as an Industrial Sales Representative where you will lead all sales and business development activities for a wide variety of industrial and manufacturing process equipment cleaning services involving high-pressure water blasting, cryogenic cleaning, chemical cleaning, high-capacity wet/dry vacuuming, high/low pressure boiler and heat exchanger tube lancing, and other on-site services.  Prior sales experience and strong existing relationships with Heavy Industrial and Manufacturing customers within a 3-hour radius of Decatur, IL is essential.

Qualifications include:

  • BS/BA degree preferred, or equivalent industry experience.
  • 5+ years of Sales experience selling technical products or services to Heavy Industrial customers
  • Must have existing relationships within three (3) or more of the following industries:  Power Generation, Chemical Manufacturing, Oil & Gas Refineries, Petrochemical, Primary Metals, Food & Beverage, Pulp & Paper, and/or Water Treatment.
  • Working knowledge of industrial cleaning services including:  chemical cleaning, high pressure water jetting/blasting (10K-40K PSI), vacuum trucks, cryogenic cleaning, robotic and automated tools, spray nozzles, and equipment, combustible dust remediation, hydro-excavation, etc. is a plus.
  • Experience with maintenance and upkeep of heavy industrial equipment including tanks/vessels, reactors, evaporators, cooling towers, water systems, process pipes, pumps, high temperature equipment including boilers, furnaces, SCRs, dryers, etc. is a plus.
  • Consultative, problem-solving selling approach and strong relationship management skills.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude.
  • Clear track record of high sales achievements.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record. 
  • Competency with CRMs and MS Word, PowerPoint, and Excel is required.
