SummaryOur company is looking for a talented and enthusiastic Project Administrator with outstanding organizational and communication skills to join our team. Our mission is to develop and field enabling antenna and RF system products which support the needs of the DoD and critical commercial customers. As a part of the Program Management department you will represent the interests of company and work on a variety of R&D and Production contracts, helping keep the Project Teams informed and on track. Production volumes range in size from one-off prototype projects to full scale production orders with thousands of units. This role stands at the intersection of engineering, business, and leadership, and brings many skills to bear to ensure technical excellence, financial responsibility, and customer satisfaction.

This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as laptop computers and photocopiers.
Physical Demands
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision and ability to adjust focus. This would require the ability to lift files, open filing cabinets and bend or stand on a stool as necessary. Position Type/Expected Hours of Work
This is a full-time position at least 40 hours per week. Typical office hours include Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm, however these hours will vary based on workload and the manager’s discretion. This job may require more than 40 hours of work per week as the need arises.
