Candidate Profile:

  • JD from a top-tier law school with a strong academic record.
  • 2-5 years of relevant legal experience in environmental law, with a specific focus on regulatory defense.
  • Experience with drafting legal documents such as briefs and motions.
  • Judicial clerkship experience is considered a strong asset.
  • Exceptional writing skills and interpersonal skills are essential.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide legal support in environmental and land use cases.
  • Engage in the drafting and review of legal documents and support litigation efforts.
