Our client, a growing Dallas area law firm, is looking to hire an experienced Legal Administrative Assistant/Receptionist to join their firm. This position will manage the front desk, answer incoming calls, greet visitors and staff, schedule meetings, reserve conference rooms, ordering supplies and food for meetings, and handle overflow administrative work from the other Legal Assistants in the firm.
Key Responsibilities:
Front Desk Management: Greet clients and visitors, answer and direct phone calls, and schedule meetings and conference room reservations.
Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support to attorneys and legal assistants, including document preparation, filing, and data entry.
Office Management: Order supplies, manage office equipment, and coordinate refreshments for meetings and events.
Customer Service: Deliver outstanding customer service to clients, vendors, and colleagues, ensuring a positive and professional impression of the firm.
Requirements:
2+ years of experience in a law firm setting as a receptionist or administrative assistant
Excellent customer service skills, with a focus on professionalism and empathy
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
