Job Summary:As an SDR, you will be responsible for prospecting, qualifying leads, and booking meetings for our sales team. You’ll work closely with marketing and account executives to build a strong pipeline and drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and research potential customers through outbound prospecting (calls, emails, LinkedIn, etc.)
  • Qualifying inbound leads and nurture relationships until they’re sales-ready
  • Schedule meetings and demos for account executives
  • Maintain accurate data in CRM and track key metrics
  • Meet and exceed weekly and monthly activity and pipeline goals

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • 1+ year of sales, lead generation, or business development experience (SaaS or B2B preferred)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and resilient
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and sales engagement platforms is a plus
