Location: On-site in Glendale, CA. You’ll work from a centrally located Los Angeles–area office, easily commutable from Glendale, Burbank, Pasadena, Los Angeles, Alhambra, and nearby communities.
Note: You must be licensed (or pending admission) with the California State Bar, able to work on-site full-time in Glendale, and genuinely interested in plaintiff-side employment, wage-and-hour, and consumer class action litigation. Occasional travel within California is required.

Job Description
- Work as a litigation associate on employment, wage-and-hour, and consumer class and representative actions throughout California
- Assist with drafting complaints, motions, briefs, discovery requests and responses, and other litigation documents
- Handle and support discovery, including written discovery, document review, and preparation for depositions
- Participate in law and motion practice, oral advocacy, and court appearances as opportunities arise
- Conduct legal research on statutes, regulations, and case law and prepare clear, concise analyses for supervising attorneys
- Collaborate with a team of attorneys and staff to manage a high-volume docket in both state and federal courts
- Communicate with clients, co-counsel, and opposing counsel to move cases forward in a timely and professional manner
- Support trial preparation and special litigation projects as needed
Qualifications
- Licensed to practice law in California (or awaiting CA Bar results/admission with strong credentials)
- 0–2 years of civil litigation experience; experience with employment, wage-and-hour, or class actions is a plus but not required
- Exposure to discovery, motion practice, oral advocacy, or depositions during law school, clerkships, or prior roles is preferred
- Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills, with attention to detail and deadlines
- Positive, team-oriented attitude and genuine interest in representing employees and consumers
- Ability to travel occasionally within California for hearings, depositions, and case-related needs
