We are recruiting for a Contract Management Analyst / Administrator who is responsible for overseeing the administration and coordination of contractor relationships within the organization. This role involves managing contractor onboarding, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements, maintaining contractor records, and serving as a point of contact between contractors and internal departments. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
 
Key Responsibilities:
Contractor Onboarding:
- Facilitate the onboarding process for new contractors, including background checks, documentation, and orientation.
- Ensure all necessary paperwork, including contracts, NDAs, and tax forms, are completed and filed.
 
Compliance Management: - Ensure all contractors comply with company policies, procedures, and legal requirements. - Track contractor certifications, insurance, and other compliance-related documentation to ensure they are current.
Record Keeping: - Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all contractors, including contact information, contract terms, and performance evaluations. - Update contractor status and records in the company’s database or contractor management system.
Contractor Relations: - Serve as the primary point of contact for contractors, addressing any inquiries or issues. - Coordinate with internal departments to ensure contractors have the necessary resources and information to complete their tasks.
Reporting: - Generate regular reports on contractor activities, compliance status, and performance metrics. - Provide insights and recommendations for improving contractor management processes.
 
Qualifications: - Education: Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Human Resources, or related field preferred.
 2+ years of experience in contractor management, administration, human resources, or a related role.
- Experience working with contractor management systems is a plus. - Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
