COMMERCIAL ACCOUNT MANAGER - TITLE INSURANCE SALES

Location: Miami, FL

 

Our client, a leading financial services company specializing in commercial real estate transactions, is seeking a Commercial Account Manager to drive national business development and client engagement. This role offers an opportunity to build strong title industry relationships while leveraging best-in-class products, services, and technology to maximize sales success.

 

Candidate Profile:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 2–5 years of successful sales experience, preferably in the title and/or real estate industry.
  • Must possess a valid driver’s license and be comfortable with in-person and virtual client interactions.
  • Proven ability to meet and exceed sales goals in a competitive market.
  • Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to assess client needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Persistent and goal-oriented mindset with a track record of securing new business.
  • Familiarity with sales database systems such as Salesforce.
  • Ability to adapt sales strategies to changing market conditions.

 

What You’ll Do:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with real estate agents, brokers, lenders, and attorneys to drive sales growth.
  • Identify prospective clients using industry data and targeted outreach strategies.
  • Execute a strategic sales plan, including in-person and virtual presentations to key stakeholders.
  • Maintain a high level of market visibility by attending industry events and networking opportunities.
  • Partner with internal marketing teams to enhance brand presence through digital and print campaigns.
  • Continuously analyze client needs to provide innovative solutions and ensure customer satisfaction.
