What You’ll Do
Be the firm’s go-to compliance champion, ensuring adherence to professional standards and federal, state, and local regulations.
Review client month-end workpapers, adjustments, and financial statements.
Lead the firm’s peer review process and oversee the System of Quality Management.
Conduct internal audits and keep the team sharp with compliance training.
Support nonprofit clients with budgeting, grants, audits, and Form 990 expertise.
Drive performance by tracking KPIs and guiding improvement.
Play a hands-on role in team growth, training, and client success.
What You Bring
Active CPA license + Bachelor’s in Accounting.
5+ years of accounting experience (public accounting in audit/tax a plus).
Strong belief in diversity, equity, and inclusion.
High emotional intelligence and people-first mindset.
