Job Description:

Support stamping operators by setting/troubleshooting all tool set ups into production equipment
Inspect and follow die setup procedures to conform to all written quality procedures.
Check first pieces of each run to the quality gages as per the written quality procedures.
Follow quick die set up procedures, knowledge of loading coils up to 1000 ton presses
Submit required pieces to quality leaders for first piece approval and approval to run.
Install all scrap shakers and safety guards before turning over press to operator.
Follow written quality procedures at end of run for last piece production instructions
1-5 years’ experience and must have own tools or be willing to purchase
Hilo and overhead crane experience (Hilo is a must minimum)
