We are seeking a skilled Process Technician to support and optimize manufacturing operations with a focus on CNC machining, automation systems, and Kaizen (continuous improvement) initiatives. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in high-precision environments and a proactive mindset for problem-solving and process development.

What you will be doing as a Process Technician:

• Set up, operate, and troubleshoot CNC machines to ensure quality and efficiency.
• Install, program, and maintain automation equipment and systems.
• Work closely with engineering, maintenance, and production teams to streamline operations.
• Lead or participate in Kaizen events to identify and implement process improvements.
• Analyze production data to reduce waste, improve cycle times, and enhance throughput.
• Document standard operating procedures and best practices.
• Support root cause analysis and corrective actions for process-related issues.
• Assist in training operators and fellow technicians on new processes and improvements.

What you will need as a Process Technician:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; technical diploma or associate degree preferred.
• 3+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment, with strong background in:
• CNC machining (setup, operation, troubleshooting)
• Automation systems
• Lean manufacturing and Kaizen principles
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and hands-on problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication, teamwork, and organizational skills.
