Maintenance Technician- 2nd Shift (2P-1030P)

Morales Professional seeks hands-on Maintenance Technician with a solid background in industrial equipment maintenance and experience working with automated and robotic systems for a second shift role from 2P - 1030P. This role is essential to ensuring uptime and reliability across our automated machining and production operations.
What you will be doing as a Maintenance Technician:
· Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on CNC machines, robots, and support equipment
· Troubleshoot and repair electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
· Assist in programming, diagnosing, and maintaining PLC-controlled equipment
· Support robotic systems (e.g., ABB, Fanuc, or similar) for production and material handling
· Collaborate with engineering and production teams to improve equipment performance
· Maintain detailed maintenance logs and documentation
What you will need as a Maintenance Technician:
· 3+ years of industrial maintenance experience, troubleshooting and repairs of electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
· Working knowledge of PLCs, no programming.
· Hands-on experience with industrial robots preferred
· Ability to read electrical and mechanical schematics
· Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
· High school diploma or GED required; technical certification a plus
