Compensation : $70,000 - $90,000

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapist to join our client's team in Henderson, NC. This role involves working collaboratively with patients to improve their mobility, manage pain, and restore function following injury or illness. As a Physical Therapist, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the quality of life for your patients through tailored therapeutic interventions.

Responsibilities:

• Assess and evaluate patient conditions to develop personalized treatment plans.
• Utilize a variety of therapy techniques to improve patient mobility and strength.
• Educate patients and their families on exercise routines and recovery strategies.
• Track and document patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in physical therapy practices and technologies.

Qualifications:

• North Carolina Physical Therapist License is required
• Experience with acute and/or inpatient rehab settings
• Minimum of having a bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy
• A active and valid Basic Cardiac Life Support certification with the American Heart Association (preferred)
• Candidate has a Certified Lymphedema Therapist (CLT) certification (prefrred)
