FP&A Manager

Reporting to a senior executive, this role will be responsible for financial planning and analysis efforts across the organization. The FP&A Manager will drive the annual budget process, provide oversight for forecasting and reporting, and ensure clear data analysis.
FP&A Manager Specific Responsibilities:
- Perform financial forecasting, reporting and tracking operational metrics tracking for the individual business units and the consolidated entity.
- Analyze financial data and create financial models for decision support.
- Analyze past results, perform variance analysis, identify trends, and make recommendations for improvements.
- Evaluate financial performance by comparing and analyzing actual results with plans and forecasts.
- Guide the cost analysis process by establishing and enforcing policies and procedures.
- Evaluate the financial impact of potential mergers and acquisitions.
- Work closely with the accounting team to ensure accurate financial reporting.
- Manage the day-to-day activities of the associate members of the FP&A team.
FP&A Manager Position Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting.
- 5 years managing FP&A. MBA or CPA helpful.
- Advanced knowledge of financial systems coupled with strong technical skills.
- Budgeting, forecasting and reporting.
- Demonstrated communication and interpersonal skills.
