Our client is seeking an innovative Electrical Engineer to support the research, design, validation, and launch of cutting-edge electrical components and systems. This is a key position within the R&D team and offers the opportunity to drive product development in a fast-paced, collaborative environment where engineering meets practical application.

What You’ll Do as an Electrical Engineer:

As an Electrical Engineer, you’ll take ownership of electrical design and integration projects from concept to production. You’ll work cross-functionally with engineers, customers, and suppliers to ensure the successful implementation of electrical components and systems aligned with customer and business requirements.

Electrical Engineer Duties Include:

• Designing, testing, and improving electrical systems, components, and products

• Operating CAD software and conducting detailed engineering calculations

• Providing hands-on support with installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting

• Collaborating with cross-functional teams on product development and launch

• Ensuring compliance with relevant codes, quality standards, and customer expectations

• Participating in continuous improvement and Lean initiatives

• Performing system diagnostics and problem-solving for vehicle electrical systems

• Supporting the manufacturing team with real-time technical guidance

What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering OR a two-year technical degree with 5+ years of relevant experience

• Hands-on experience with CAD systems and 3D modeling

• Familiarity with A3, 8D, or similar problem-solving tools

• Excellent communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

• Prior experience with vehicle electrical/HVAC/Wiper systems and diagnostics preferred
