On behalf of our client, we are looking for a Senior Insurance Broker (P&C), to join their team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage new business, renewals, and policy adjustments.
• Negotiate with local and international markets to secure favorable terms.
• Create and deliver presentations to win new clients and strengthen existing relationships.
• Analyze data to assess client risks and secure market placements.
• Research and recommend tailored risk solutions, including insurance program design and gap analysis.
• Support process improvements and contribute to thought leadership.
• Draft and finalize proposals, quotes, and coverage confirmations.
• Monitor and update business risk registers.
• Prepare management reports and business cases for new initiatives.
• Attend regular client and underwriter meetings.
• Stay current on insurance products, regulations, and global trends.
• Mentor team members and support special projects as needed.

Qualifications & Experience:

• 3+ years of experience in Propoerty & Casualty
• Degree in Insurance, Business, or related field.
• Candidate with a professional Designation in Insurance or Broking
