Staffing Pros, a division of VETS Inc., is recruiting for a full-time FSO with travel to the DC Metro area, Maryland, and Virginia.  This position requires an Active Top Secret Clearance. 

 

Responsibilities:

  • Manage facility security operations in compliance with NISPOM and federal regulations
  • Oversee personnel clearances, visit requests, reporting, and DD Form 254s
  • Maintain Facility Clearance (FCL) documentation and updates
  • Utilize DISS, NISS, and NBIS systems for security management
  • Collaborate with Government CORs, industrial security teams, and prime contractors
  • Lead Insider Threat Program activities and reporting requirements
  • Identify, assess, and resolve security-related matters quickly and effectively
  • Travel within the National Capital Region to support clients as needed
 
Qualifications:
  • Active U.S. Top Secret personnel security clearance
  • Minimum of 2 years of FSO experience with DCSA
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
  • FSO Certification
  • Extensive experience with DISS, NISS, and NBIS
  • Knowledge of federal laws, directives, and 32 CFR Part 117 (NISPOM Rule)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
  • Ability to work independently and present a professional image

 

Location:

Greater Northern Virginia area (NoVA/NCR), with travel required to client facilities in and around the National Capital Region.
