Due to growth, our client is adding a Supply Chain Systems Administrator.  This role involves assisting with implementation and ongoing support of the ERP system, with a specific focus on optimizing supply chain modules.  You'll collaborate with various teams to ensure system configurations align with business processes, manage user access, and maintain system performance.  Daily responsibilities will include: 
 

      Collaborate with supply chain staff across multiple locations to understand workflows, gather requirements, and configure supply chain modules within the ERP system.

      Engage with key users to expand knowledge across financial and operational modules of the ERP system.

      Coordinate EDI system activities, including onboarding new customers, maintaining communication channels, and resolving issues.

      Post-implementation, ensure high end-user engagement, manage software updates, and maintain system functionality and user security.

      Support the production environment to ensure seamless system availability for all users.

      Assist in the deployment, configuration, upgrade, and monitoring of the ERP system in various environments.

      Work with end users to ascertain reporting requirements and collaborate with developers on creating functional design documentation.

      Identify and communicate opportunities for process and system improvements.

 

REQUIREMENTS for the Supply Chain Systems Administrator:

1. High School Diploma; college degree preferred

2. Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in supply chain and warehouse management systems

3. Experience working with ERP systems

4. Strong verbal and written communication skills

5. Willingness to travel up 25-50% as needed for deployment and implementation

6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Visio, and Outlook

 

Skills preferred but NOT required:1. Experience with ERP system implementations, EDI management and Microsoft D365 highly desirable
2. Related certifications 
3. EDI experience
