REPORTS TO: Service Team Leader/ Finance & Operations Manager JOB PURPOSE: To ensure the proper fulfillment of bond requests while maintaining strict standards. - Accurately prepare bonds, other reports and related paperwork as required
- Accomplish all tasks as assigned or requested for successful completion of the mission of Centennial Surety Associates, Inc.
- Provide analysis of clients Financial Statements
- Ensure that bonds are uploaded to the Hudson Citrix system
- Setup producers and sub-producers for Hudson/PRS
- Maintain discipline and compliance of procedures related to bonding ethics
- Maintain quality standards of the issued bonds
- Prepare shipment/delivery of finished goods to customers
- Perceive problem
- Apprise supervisor of issues related to performance including delays, which could cause bonds from being issued in the allotted time
- Consult with producers on the fulfillment of bond requests
- Assist and/ or negotiate Lines of Credit with Surety underwriters
- Promote relationships with “point of contact” individuals at clients or Sureties
- Maintain relationships with key accounts
- Attend meetings with clients and Sureties under the direction of Producers
- Oversee and maintain responsibility for work delegated to Administrative Assistant including routine clerical functions and bond preparation
- Relate to staff members and workers in an ethical manner
- Attend training to develop relevant knowledge, techniques and skills
- Flexibility in work schedule to accommodate immediate needs
