Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a comprehensive understanding of HR duties, including managing people, conflict resolution, and experience in manufacturing environments. This role requires the ability to work across multiple sites and handle both domestic and international HR responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the full scope of HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, training, performance management, and employee relations.
  • Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
  • Collaborate with management to understand and execute the organization's HR and talent strategy.
  • Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital.
  • Maintain and enhance employee benefits programs, including compensation, health, and wellness.
  • Ensure legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable HR federal and state requirements.
  • Manage HR operations across multiple manufacturing sites, both domestic and international.
  • Foster a positive working environment and culture within the organization.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar role, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong knowledge of HR practices, policies, and procedures.
  • Excellent interpersonal and conflict resolution skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work across various sites.
  • Experience with international HR operations is a plus.
  • Strong organizational and leadership skills.
  • Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
