Requirements: 🎓

✅ Proven experience in a hands-on technical role (e.g., skilled mechanic, field/race service technician).

✅ Strong mechanical aptitude and excellent problem-solving skills.

✅ Exceptional organizational skills for coordinating logistics, schedules, and inventory.

✅ Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong working relationships and communicate effectively.

✅ A passion for motorsports is a strong plus.
