Requirements: 🎓

✅ **5+ years** as a Project Manager in **high-end residential** construction (remodels/additions).

✅ Direct experience working with **high-net-worth homeowners** and providing "white glove" service.

✅ Proven ability to manage **10–15 concurrent projects** and maintain thorough daily documentation (e.g., daily logs, change orders).

✅ Expertise in construction methods, sequencing, blueprints, and proficiency in **Buildertrend** or similar PM software.

✅ Excellent verbal and written communication, capable of handling difficult client conversations calmly.
