Join a dynamic team in Tauranga as an Intermediate Civil Engineer where you'll be trusted with real responsibility from day one—running projects end-to-end with direct client interaction across subdivisions, roading, infrastructure, and coastal design. Work alongside a national network of engineers across civil, structural, geotechnical, and environmental disciplines in a tech-savvy environment utilizing AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and BIM capabilities. This role offers genuine mentorship toward CPEng, career progression, and the freedom to shape how you work with flexibility, autonomy, and input on design approaches in a supportive team culture that values collaboration and technical excellence equally.
Requirements: 🎓
✅ Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering (Washington Accord accredited)
✅ 3-6 years of intermediate-level experience in land development projects
✅ Proficiency in AutoCAD and Civil 3D software
✅ BIM knowledge and capabilities are an advantage
✅ Client-focused approach with strong communication skills for direct client interaction
✅ Commercially aware with ability to manage projects end-to-end
✅ Working toward or interested in pursuing CPEng certification
✅ NZ residency or valid NZ work visa required (sponsorship not available)
