Position: Quality ManagerShift: 1st | Hours: 7AM -  5 PMType: Full-Time | Mode: Direct Placement Industry: ManufacturingOur Client is seeking an experienced Quality Manager. The Quality Manager will be responsible for managing quality personnel, customer and supplier interface, and maintaining compliance with all AS9100, ISO, and regulatory requirements.

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage a small to medium team of engineers and quality personnel
• Maintain the Company Quality efforts and personnel
• Maintain Quality Management System (QMS) and AS9100 Aerospace Standard
• Evaluate production operations from a strategic level to ensure that products meet quality, integrity, functionality, and other specifications and requirements
• Develop and assure Quality Assurance Department budget is maintained
• Manage internal auditing activities
• Collaborate with management and senior staff across production departments, to draft acceptable quality standards and compliance procedures
• Develop and implement quality standard testing and evaluation processes
• Assess test results and approves recommended changes
• Review quality control documentation such as checklists, logs, and reports for effectiveness, accuracy, compliance, and relevance
• Periodically report the status of quality control and operations to executive leadership and, when required, regulatory agencies
• Be accountable for Quality Program management and timely performance of Quality Assurance Department tasks

Requirements

• Bachelor of Science: Mechanical Engineering | 5 Years of Experience
• AS9102 Experience
• Internal Auditor Experience | AS9100 Rev D
