The Senior Quality Manager provides leadership and strategic direction for developing andmaintaining a corporate quality program to ensure the highest product quality. The Senior QualityManager plays a crucial role in ensuring the highest standards of product quality, regulatorycompliance, and compliance within a chemical manufacturing environment. This position places astrong emphasis on quality control in manufacturing, overseeing compliance with industrystandards, maintaining certifications, and driving continuous improvements in qualityassurance. This position is responsible for ensuring products and processes meet FDA regulationsand standards. This position regularly interacts with all levels within the organization andinfluences all laboratories within the organization.The function is directly responsible for leadership, providing ingredient quality to manufacturingplants and corporate functions to help assure the quality and regulatory compliance of Zepproducts, supporting the business in the investigation and resolution of non-conformance. Thisrole is also responsible for the strategic development of the programs, processes, and capabilitiesto meet future needs.
