Our client, a growing and reputable law firm with offices in Dallas, Texas, is looking for an experienced Graphic Designer/Marketing Coordinator to assist them with a 6 to 8 week project on a contract/temporary basis. This position is in the office 5 days per week. Prior experience with events, marketing and law firms is preferred. 

This position supports the Client Development Department and provides direct support in the execution of a wide variety of marketing, communications and business development efforts including presentations, marketing collateral, website support, CRM development, events and practice group coordination. The Coordinator has primary responsibility for a number of initiatives, projects or other marketing efforts from strategic identification through tactical execution and implementation. This role will support all offices and reports to the Marketing Communications Manager. 

 

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • PowerPoint Support – Work with attorneys on PowerPoint design for client and event speeches.
  • Website Support – Assist the Marketing Communications Manager in maintaining and updating the firm’s website and blogs, which includes minor updates to attorney bios and practice/industry profiles and other pages within the website, as well as posting press releases, publishing new attorney bios, and updating homepage spotlights.
  • Collateral & Swag Management – Oversee firm collateral, swag and company store website for the firm’s offices to ensure effective supplies and research new products as needed.
  • CRM Data Steward – Maintain and continuously improve data quality on contacts in CRM. Create reports on an as needed base to analyze CRM quality or provide lists for e-announcements and event invites.
  • Newsletter – Assists in composing the monthly internal newsletter to keep the firm abreast of recent litigation/transactional wins, firm highlights, and more. Also assists in composing bi-annual alumni newsletter.
  • Marketing Technology Support – Act as a backup and support for key marketing technology software to ensure effective operation and handle any technology related issues/projects for the department. Examples of technologies this position works with include: ContactEase, Mailing List Manager, and Vuture in addition to others.
  • Event Coordination – Assist the department as needed in supporting client events including onsite event management, creating nametags, creating RSVP lists, updating our e-marketing system and CRM, and other support.
  • Department Support / Administrative – Provide administrative support to the overall department including scheduling meetings, securing meeting space, coordinating catering for meetings, etc. Assist the department’s team with any projects they need additional help in completing.
  • Support Client Development Department Initiatives – As needed, assist or manage various client development initiatives as assigned.

 

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE

  • 3+  years of experience in Marketing / Client Development in a law firm setting.
