Our client, a thriving law firm based in the Houston area, is seeking a seasoned Commercial Litigation Attorney to join their team. In this role, you will represent clients in both Federal and State Courts, handling cases from inception through to trial. The firm offers a great mentorship program and has a fast track to partnership.

Key Responsibilities:

• Represent clients in a diverse range of cases in State and Federal Courts.
• Maintain direct communication with clients throughout the legal process.
• Conduct depositions promptly and effectively.
• Manage and present cases, including witness preparation and examination.
• Draft and prepare legal documents on behalf of clients.
• Offer legal and business advice to clients on various transactions.
• Negotiate settlements to resolve legal disputes.
• Ensure compliance with all legal standards and regulations.
• Oversee administrative and management tasks related to legal practice.

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school with top grades.
• Licensed member of Texas State Bar and in good standing.
• Proven trial experience in Commercial Litigation.
• Experience managing a litigation docket, file to trial.
