Regional Culinary Sales Manager – Live Cooking Demos & Territory Growth

Our client, a global leader in commercial cooking systems, is seeking a Regional Culinary Sales Manager to support customers through live cooking demonstrations, structured sales presentations, and proactive territory development. This role is ideal for individuals who began their careers in a commercial kitchen, understand the daily demands of foodservice operations, and are ready to advance into a polished, customer-facing sales career.

About the Role

As a Regional Culinary Sales Manager, you will independently manage your assigned territory, spending 4 days per week visiting customers and prospects. Your key responsibilities include conducting live cooking demos, delivering professional sales presentations, building strong relationships within the foodservice community, and reporting directly to the Regional Sales Director. You will represent industry-leading commercial cooking technology and help operators improve efficiency, consistency, and food quality.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead engaging live cooking demonstrations for chefs, managers, and operators

  • Deliver polished, structured sales presentations to customer groups and decision-makers

  • Visit customers regularly to develop new business and grow existing accounts

  • Build relationships with foodservice operators, consultants, designers, and dealers

  • Document all activities, opportunities, and customer interactions in Salesforce CRM

  • Prepare monthly territory plans, sales forecasts, and performance reports

  • Participate in trade shows, culinary events, and regional/national sales meetings

  • Promote brand awareness and drive territory sales growth

  • Report activity, results, and forecasts directly to the Regional Sales Director

Qualifications

  • Culinary or hospitality diploma strongly preferred

  • Hands-on commercial kitchen experience is mandatory (restaurant, hotel, institution, resort, or production kitchen)

  • Confident presenter able to conduct both cooking demos and formal sales presentations

  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage a home office independently

  • Valid driver’s license; comfortable driving in busy metropolitan areas

  • Customer-facing or sales experience in foodservice is an asset (not required)

  • Ability to travel regionally and internationally for training (USA/Germany)
