You will champion a customer-centric approach, ensuring world-class performance in sales, service, new product introductions, and product technology. Building and nurturing strong relationships with our valued customer partners and key industry associations will be paramount to your success. Responsibilities:

  • Identify and capitalize on market potential to aggressively increase sales and market share.
  • Consistently meet or exceed annual sales and profitability goals.
  • Provide visionary strategic leadership and effective coaching to elevate the sales team's performance through continuous improvement and strategic talent development.
  • Elevate customer mindshare through impactful marketing, strategic networking, comprehensive education, and effective lead generation strategies.
  • Cultivate and maintain a high-performing Dealer and Distributor base by driving accountability, ensuring consistent performance, and proactively recruiting new accounts as needed.
  • Empower customers with strong leadership and coaching to enhance their sales and lead generation activities.
  • Develop a robust network of strategic trade allies and influential market players to support comprehensive market development initiatives.
  • Develop comprehensive annual sales budgets and contribute strategically to market and product strategies.

Qualifications:

  • Exceptional presentation, communication, and leadership capabilities.
  • Bachelor's degree in a technical or business-related field.
  • A minimum of 10 years of progressive technical sales team leadership experience with a demonstrable track record of significant sales growth.
  • Proven ability to effectively engage and build rapport at all levels within an organization (both internal and external).
  • Highly self-motivated with the capacity to effectively manage multiple initiatives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Outstanding problem-solving and decisive decision-making skills.
  • Willingness and ability to travel extensively (up to 75% of the time).
