Dynamic manufacturing company seeks a Director of Operations to lead production for main and large lines, and oversee material flow. Reporting to the VP of Operations, you will drive safety, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities include leading daily management processes, coaching teams, managing challenges, maintaining a strong floor presence, and developing lean operations.

Responsibilities/Qualifications

10+ years of lean operations leadership in a non-union, customer-focused environment
HVAC industry experience
Experience with ISO 9001/14001
Lean manufacturing, Kaizen, Six Sigma
Strong business acumen
Excellent communication skills
BS in Engineering, MBA preferred
