HR Manager – Manufacturing & Labor Relations
We’re seeking an experienced HR Manager with a strong background in manufacturing and union environments. This role leads labor relations, supports plant operations, and drives HR initiatives that strengthen engagement, compliance, and workforce performance.
Responsibilities:
Lead collective bargaining, grievance resolution, and contract administration
Partner with plant leadership to resolve workforce issues and improve engagement
Ensure compliance with labor laws, contracts, and safety regulations
Coach managers on performance management and employee relations
Oversee recruiting, onboarding, and workforce development strategies
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree; HR certification preferred
5+ years HR experience, with 3+ in a unionized manufacturing setting
Proven success in negotiations, grievances, and union engagement
Strong knowledge of employment law, compliance, and workplace safety
