HR Manager – Manufacturing & Labor Relations

We’re seeking an experienced HR Manager with a strong background in manufacturing and union environments. This role leads labor relations, supports plant operations, and drives HR initiatives that strengthen engagement, compliance, and workforce performance.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead collective bargaining, grievance resolution, and contract administration

  • Partner with plant leadership to resolve workforce issues and improve engagement

  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, contracts, and safety regulations

  • Coach managers on performance management and employee relations

  • Oversee recruiting, onboarding, and workforce development strategies

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree; HR certification preferred

  • 5+ years HR experience, with 3+ in a unionized manufacturing setting

  • Proven success in negotiations, grievances, and union engagement

  • Strong knowledge of employment law, compliance, and workplace safety
