JOB DESCRIPTION

Diagnose plumbing issues and determine appropriate repair or replacement solutions
Install, repair, and maintain pipes, valves, fittings, drainage systems, and fixtures
Repair or replace water heaters, toilets, faucets, sinks, and garbage disposals
Use specialized tools and equipment to locate and clear clogs or leaks
Interpret blueprints and building codes to ensure compliance with regulations
Provide accurate estimates and explain repairs to customers
Maintain detailed records of services performed and parts used
Ensure proper cleanup of work areas after job completion
Offer recommendations for plumbing system upgrades or preventive maintenance
Follow all safety procedures and use personal protective equipment (PPE)
Stay updated on local plumbing codes and industry best practices
Provide excellent customer service and maintain a professional demeanor
